Weditation: The Art of Wedding-Planning Stress Relief

Planning a wedding requires time and commitment for it to be successful. Giving more time to your wedding plans does not only save time but also gives you an humble time to prepare more effectively. Weddings, if not properly planned, may lead to wasting quality time that could have been saved to do more important duties that will get you out of stress. The wedding day must have been set first for you to start planning. Fixing the day will definitely give you some guidelines on how to prepare that day that you have been dying to have. Give yourself sometime to meditate on the requirements of that particular day so as to avoid the last minute rush.

The following is some of the guidelines of planning a stress free wedding. First, make sure that you give yourself sometime everyday to weditate. No matter how occupied is your schedule, get time to look at the things required on that particular day. It is not easy for you to weditate when you have some other duties to perform. You can choose to weditate immediately after every meal to make good use of that time that could have been wasted. You will not be weditating at the same time busy talking on your cell phone. Put aside that cell phone and go down to work. You can weditate at any time of the day, but morning hours are more appropriate for a good weditation. It is duri
ng this time when you are relaxed; your mind is still fresh so you can make good decisions.

Secondly, look for a place that is free from any disturbance. The place should be quiet. Also you should not carry anything that might divert your attention, even your phone you should keep it away. There should be no television, magazines or strong light that may divert your attention. You may play soft music that will assist you to concentrate more. If you consider to weditate in the open, make sure you are not near a busy road or a playing field. The way you sit will determine your concentration, so sit on the ground or if you choose to sit on a chair, sit on it as long as you are relaxed.

Thirdly, stay focused throughout your weditation. Do not keep so many thoughts in your mind, be relaxed. Your mind may be having a million things to do, so you have to see the most important of all. Let your mind settle on one issue at a time, and then you can go to the next after you are done with the first. Do not open your eyes to see around because it might interrupt your concentration. While you breathe try to do it deep and slow filling your stomach other than your chest. Do not allow your mind to think of other things, you should focus it to a particular thing. Do not focus on anything else other than the wedding. Get to know that weditation is not for a single day; therefore it requires some time to make up your mind.
